About Me
I'm not just your average trainer – I'm a London native, dog and baby mum, and a passionate guide on your path to fitness.
My journey began just 4 years ago, and it quickly sparked a fire within me – I wanted to help others discover their own fitness groove. So, I pursued my PT qualification, and here I am, ready to empower you!
But wait, there's more! My background as a qualified gymnastics coach adds an extra dimension to my training. Expect to incorporate elements of strength training honed through both my coaching experience and my own competitive days.
